  • Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).

Author Guidelines

The Majlesi Journal of Mechatronic Systems (MJMS) is a quarterly publication with a distribution of over 1000 copies. Its primary goal is rapid dissemination of original, timely and significant contributions to the research community. Targeted publication time is three months from the end of the month in which the manuscript is received, provided that the author responds immediately to all communications. Authors are strongly encouraged to submit well prepared manuscripts that are complete and ready for publication.

The papers are expected to contain new results, ideas, or innovations that advance significantly the state-of-the-art in electrical engineering. Submission of a contribution is taken to imply that it has not been submitted, accepted, published, or copyrighted elsewhere. Submissions related to conference papers will not be reviewed unless at least 40% of the submission is new material. The MJMS must of necessity assume that material submitted for publication is available for general dissemination. It is the responsibility of the Author, not the MJMS, to determine whether disclosure of their material requires the prior consent of other parties, and if so, to obtain it.
