Energy consumption has increased dramatically in the last few decades, which has also caused an increase in the production of greenhouse gases. The importance of energy at the global level is something that has been paid attention to a lot, in Iran also due to the increasing statistics of fuel consumption, optimizing and saving consumption is vital. Therefore, in this research, by using previous studies and computer simulation, we tried to investigate the effect of the factors involved in the energy consumption inside the building. In this regard, a building with office occupancy has been investigated in terms of energy consumption. The considered building has been simulated in Design Builder software and analyzed in terms of energy consumption and other factors in this simulator. In order to optimize energy consumption, intelligent lighting systems, phase-changing materials on external walls, 3-pane windows with high sealing, and natural ventilation have been used. As a result of using these solutions, the optimal building compared to the original building has improved energy consumption from grade C to grade B.

Amin Fazeli Hervi, Roghayeh Motallebzadeh ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ms.majlesi.info/index.php/ms/article/view/563 Thu, 04 Jan 2024 11:47:31 +0330 Corner Analysis of Current Starved Sleep stack Voltage Controlled Oscillator With Phase Locked Loop for higher stability https://ms.majlesi.info/index.php/ms/article/view/561
This paper consists of a performance comparison of Current Starved Voltage Controlled Oscillator (CSVCO) for Phase Locked Loop (PLL). The work i.e. the design of Current Starved VCO is implemented using sleepy stack low power leakage technique. This has been implemented in 45nm CMOS Technology with a supply voltage of 0.45V in Cadence Software. The parameters like average power, oscillation frequency, and delay are calculated in different process corners showing the performance of improvement results of cadence simulation are reported. After comparison of the various parameters of PLL implemented with Sleep Stack CSVCO and Basic CSVCO, The sleepy stack approach is particularly useful in low power applications, The recommended PLL has a much smaller chip than previous designs, much lower power consumption and significantly higher efficiency. The proposed design of the PLL with Sleep Stack Technique makes the circuit efficiently to reduce sub-threshold leakage current, And achieves Frequency of 2.759 GHz, Power 2.559µw, phase noise -63.8(dBc/Hz) and Delay(µs) 0.0006544 respectively.
Annamma Kalaka, Saxena Saxena, Govind Singh Patel ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ms.majlesi.info/index.php/ms/article/view/561 Wed, 14 Feb 2024 00:00:00 +0330 Optimum placement of DGs with the aim of reducing losses and improving the voltage profile https://ms.majlesi.info/index.php/ms/article/view/570
Most of the share of losses in a power system is related to the distribution sector, which has always been considered. One of the important factors in increasing losses in the distribution network is the presence of reactive currents. The most common method of reactive power compensation in the power system is to use parallel capacitors. In addition to reducing losses, the advantages of capacitors include freeing up the capacity of the transmission network and improving the voltage profile. The issue of interest in capacitor placement is the optimal placement and evaluation of the capacitor in such a way that the profit from capacitor placement is maximized. Usually, the objective function in the existing optimal methods in the field of capacitors mostly includes reducing losses, improving the network voltage profile, or satisfying the two objectives mentioned together. The growing trend of exploiting distributed production units due to the many benefits of its use has caused the planners of the electricity industry in different countries of the world with different approaches to different aspects of exploitation as appropriate as possible from the investments made in this Study the field. Reducing the costs imposed on the electric energy supplier as well as the subscribers is one of the most important topics discussed in this field. In the meantime, categories such as reducing losses as a large share in operating costs and improving the quality of the voltage profile and voltage flashes as two main components in the quality of power delivered to the subscriber, directly and indirectly on the costs imposed on the company. Electricity and subscribers are influential.
Abbas Jamshidi ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ms.majlesi.info/index.php/ms/article/view/570 Thu, 04 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0330 Economic evaluation of photovoltaic systems in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari villages https://ms.majlesi.info/index.php/ms/article/view/571
The development of the country's villages is considered one of the most important and main of the government, for this reason, providing electricity to the villages is considered an important matter in order to achieve social justice. The Line follower robot is a mobile machine that can detect and follow the line drawn on the floor. Generally, the path is predefined and can be either visible like a black line on a white surface with a high contrasted color or it can be invisible like a magnetic field, and here is used the ultrasonic sensor for detecting the obstacle in front of the robot . Therefore, this kind of Robot should sense the line with its Infrared Ray (IR) sensors that installed in front the robot. Hence, the Arduino microcontroller is going to decide the proper commands and then it sends them to the driver and the line follower robot will follow thus the path and obstacle will detect by ultrasonic sensor. The robot is driven by a DC gear motor and a DC servomotor for steering control with an Ackerman system to control the movement of the wheels. Arduino communication is used to run and implement algorithms to control the speed of the motors and guide the robot to move along the line smoothly. The aim of this project is to implement the algorithm for controlling the movement of the robot with the correct adjustment of the line following robot on a contrast line and as a result achieve better performance.
M.Amir Kohestani, Mansour Hakimollahi, M Masih Tehrani, Dr. ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ms.majlesi.info/index.php/ms/article/view/565 Thu, 04 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0330 Organizational transformation strategy based on the cybernetic management model (case study, knowledge-based companies of Isfahan province) https://ms.majlesi.info/index.php/ms/article/view/566
Cybernetic management is a systematic model for understanding and developing a collective effort towards a better future.
